Clients must be in the state of Washington for every visit. Clients must sign the Consent for Treatment, and agree to a safety plan (with a trusted contact listed), as well as their nearest medical center for emergency care if needed. For chronic conditions (e.g. ADHD) an annual scoring/assessment form may be needed to judge the effectiveness of their medication and treatment regimen, as well as a duty to report.
